I to lived in my share of shoddy PMQ's, but the rent in the Q's were always far below what was charged on the economy. In Gagetown we had a nice row house, but in Winnipeg we lived in a "Flinstones slab" PMQ on the north side that in the winnipeg winters, we had to put plastic over our windows...
