Don't let age be the deciding factor in joining the Res. I was accepted back into the Res. back in 2002 at the very young age of 52. If you are physical and mentally fit for the career choose then go for it. Its a memory that will live with you forever. :warstory:

Not to date myself but I knew Tommy Ricketts as a young lad. I lived up the street from his store and would always go there when I had a few pennies to spend. When he passed away I was in the Reserves and was privileged to be in the Honor Guard at his burial.
