Back when I was a Lt many years ago, you could go to QR&Os and/or CFAOs and find an answer to pretty much anything. Nowadays, "the regs" are a f****** disaster. Best of luck with your search, but if this is a recent change, it'll probably be years before CFAOs and/or DAODs are updated.

Might very well have been him, but I believe at this point all news sources are identifying him as a suspect, with nothing confirmed.

The answer to that would be... about the same number as the number of AF folk who have seen an Army officer show up in the mess at Cold Lake or Bagotville (other than the AD guys/gals that is).
