    Under which program are you applying? If DEO, make sure you bring your "A+" performance during interview as the Pilot trade got much more competitive then it used to be. Good luck

    Each DEO application is rated on 90 points divided into three parts: 60 Interview 15 CFAT 15 Education That is about all I know when it comes to the merit list. During my interview I was told my Res service will count as a bonus.
