I don't know.  I find the duffel bag to be a pretty good bag to carry stuff in.  You can put it on your back, and can carry as much as a suit case.  And there isn't much to be said about the LCF with a beat up, used old OD duffel bag anyway.  Unless of course you have one of those "uber soldier...

I was wondering if PRes members with operational experience (say Bosnia or Afghanistan) who wish to join the reg force, will they have to do BMQ and SQ over again?  It would seem a little silly for someone, say with combat experience from Afghanistan, having to re-do basic training and start...

I have been fortunate to have a boss who has given me a week off here and there for training, and has allowed me to leave early Friday nights to attend weekend training exercises, but an overseas tour would be too much and I would be let go. Here's hoping I guess...

Wow, that was odd.  Right before I posted this I searched for " British troops in secret truce with Taliban" just in case someone else already posted it...and it came up with nothing. EDIT: Even as I search now I get "Your search query didn't return any matches."    Not a big deal though..
