Oh, I agree, but regardless, it has changed since I did it (unless of course, this is a special case..) Also, out of curiosity, how long do we have to wait before we're allowed to comment on how things are done differently now than when we did it anyway?

Tell me about it.  Our week in the field was spent in the bush, sleeping in hooches (and I use the word sleep very lightly)...

I just leased a new 2006 Mazda3 GX.  My current insurance company wants to take me for 3700$ I called Wawanesa and got a full 2 way quote (Theft, fire, vandalism, hit and run, replacement value, etc etc) for 1300$  (That's including my military discount.  Score!) This is the best I have been...

One would think so, but we ended up having a 25 year old Mcpl dating a 17 year old candidate on our BMQ....  ::)

We were told by our SSM that the work up training for Afghanistan that will be deployed with R22R is 11 months, on top of a 6 month tour.  Thats almost 2 years.

So true.  At the begining of basic, I couldn't wait to get my hands on a C7.  By the end of basic, I coudn't wait to hand it back in.  Just another piece of kit to carry around and clean  ;D

Who are you doing enemy force for?  I was offered to do it for an SQ course, but things changed at the last minute (big suprise) I had a buddy who did it for a Reg Force SQ course for the R22R last summer and he said it was all c0ck...they made them do all the crappy jobs that the course staff...
