It is run both part time over weekends during the year, and full time during the summer. Although the full time reserve BMQ and the Reg force one are not the same.

I believe the selections last year were made in early/middle April, and the first batch of applicants were informed by the end of April.

Yeah I would probably call someone, if its been over a year and nothing chances are something went wrong and your file was either never opened or closed without you knowing.

I would probably just wait till 4th year and apply for DEO. I tried twice, once in first year and once in second year and was rejected both times. There's nothing from stopping you in 3rd year for trying again, but I would guess its probably going to be rejected.

Usually yes, call tomorrow to ask if you have been merit listed. If you have been then your name will be considered for the next round of selections, if the trades you have selected are hiring. Btw which trades have you applied for, would probably help get you a better answer.
