Thx ender for your post.. I know its harder and I do my runs and exercises daily..heres my routine.. 5.30am go for my runs 3km come back do 3 sets of 30 push ups .. ;D or at least i try on the last set to get up to 30 3 sets of 30 situps..no problem with those 1-2 mins rest between each set...
