After using the fmp cut style ones i found them better then the mp ones as you can remove pages but the down side to it all is it workrd way better with the older ones not the new wire wrao top style ones...

Now when you remuster you don ot get spec pay till you get QL5  qual in your new trade. i was one that snuck in  right as they were closing the door. one class got it for the remusters one did not .  now the door is closed and you have to wait till your finished your 5's . ah the wheels of progress

The navy is now directedto be doing PT 3 x a week . now in my new trade its daily as once you are 5's qual you can be expected to be  doing a FireFighters job and that means the FF PT test  . Its not the Coopers test but its better the doing the shuttle run once a year and saying thats good...

The places that are less painfull to tattoo have lots of muscle and ot many nerves , generally arms legs  .BUT if you get complete wraps around them if you get to the armpit / kneebend areas . One of my most painfull one was my Scottish thistle on my leg . its right over a nerve bundle .
