AKE that.
I am sure this will come out in the near future and when it does I will reveal the source. If I am wrong I will return to this thread and eat all kinds of humble pie and crow. An offer I would find distastefull but appropriate.

Well cant argue with that it does not change my view.
My info is not a leak its from a very high placed source. It is what it is. If I spent all my time discussing things from open source or news media or CFAOs the conversations and discussions here would be very dull.
Baden Guy,
Your right Leahy is no shrinking violet but he is a political opportunist. We shall see by Leahys future rhetoric or silence as the the veracity of my statement.
How do I know....very well placed source. Reference, I have none. I would suspect the classified info the US is...
Baden Guy,
I dont accept the rant from this left wing political opportunist who choose a public moment to open his yap and disrespect the Attorney General. There is more to the story then is in the public domain and as the AG said he would brief the loud mouth later on in the week. I will be...
Michael,
Tried to pm ya but it said no such address. Reference for book is impossible since it is not complete. I believe it is almost done, that is what I have been told. 10 year security clause is the one we all sign on the way out the door for not releasing certain classified info for 10...
Rifleman,
Wait for it, I do believe it is in the works, they just needed the 10 year security clause to elapse. Edited by a senior well known war corespondent that was their and was on some of the classified missions as an in-bed.
"Shades of Gray"
Canada's secret war in the Bulkans 92-95.
As I have said earlier on the thread I like the tradition of the wound stripe, the issue of not having recognition once you are out of uniform is an issue for those of us who have been WIA. The solution is a lapel pin or badge like back in the great wars that reads WIA. Would this not keep with...
Michael,
That was a good read particularly the Calian article. Funny how that company is calling the Valcom team out but is blackend by its own actions in the past that are similar.
(QR&O) 19-42 Civil Employment has not changed and it did not stand up under legal test a few years ago...
As a few have stated here asking your CoC is prudent, but I have never seen any code, legislation or order that says you cant. Does anyone have a link or quote from a CF document that says you cant? IME I have conducted more than one investigation into a complaint about a soldier working outside...
That was not your question, this was your question.
"You're not convinced? I'll draft the memo to the Minister for the CF Surgeon General's signature cancelling the program."
I was responding to your question obviously you wanted to say something else.
On the question have I spoken to...
What I said "I am not yet convinced that it is ineffective" that would mean I think the program is effective contrary to some of the points that appear to support the program is ineffective i this thread. So why would I want the program cancelled or is it that you don't believe it is effective...
I'm going to take a small tangent here.
To all the troops out on tour and in particular A Stan, Merry Christmas and have a happy New Year. Thankyou for serving, Thankyou for taking the fight to the enemy. Stay safe we are all thinking about you. :salute: :cdn:
From my observations it has no effect on combat stress. I am not yet convinced that it is ineffective with single incident non combat stress interventions.
