This is going nowhere: it's not a safety concern, but a pen pocket that, if one uses it, renders the pen useless IS worse than useless, in my book.  That's all. Out.

I honestly don't know how to solve the problem, but I'm certain it begins with every individual being allowed the same (not "different but equal") opportunities (be it educationally, legally, what-have-you).  The whole point of these proposed schools is to give children different opportunities...
