Why would you need a super computer when the weatherman can just tell you on the six o’clock news right?
They would struggle to have a ME presence that is effective without a foot hold in Europe I would think. Leaving Europe puts their presence in the ME in a precarious position I would think.
Not sure it freezes them out per se but it minimizes their participation. Supply chains realigning will take a long time to rely on the US ever again.

My brother was a non unionized employee of a crown corporation. Thanks to his lawyer he got a significant increase in the severance he was offered. Which was considered a fair offer but he was able to add an additional 5 months of salary. Nothing futile about that even after paying the law...
