That's just beyond range of my supporting fires element. Rigged to a Tripod/T&E, my 1919 can reach out a theoretical 'maximum' range of 3750m, so you'll need to move up the Cross-road a bit to be supported. I don't think my 3 Pounder garrison Cannon can go that far either...nor my 1 pounder...
And....someone sent me this fact sheet as a handy reference to help me update the main mast - looks different from what I've seen before, so off to do some 3D Design work. V2's mast can easily be reprinted at this point, and V3 will be even closer.
There may have been a consensus of those of us who were ignored during the reorganization of CFNES to NFS(A) to "Let it fail".
Senior instructors attempted to input advice to the change initiative, but were shut down hard. Training Chiefs attempted, but the only space that had some success...
Thanks. :-) I'm pleased with how she turned out.
I'm going to deliver it to the CO of BLog tomorrow to put in her office. My hope is that other base and fleet leadership types see it, get jealous, and want one too.
:)
I jump back to my suggestion a few months back where every Reserve unit in the CA should have 2x Toyota Tacomas bought for them, painted OD Green, and delivered to the units for general use. No militarization except for the paint.
Maintenance? Take to the local Toyota Dealership.
No impact...
OK....so....what's the consensus on the hull number?
I'm going to do up a couple of maple leaf decals for the funnel sides, but I really think she needs a hull number.

The first version of my RCD has Harpoon missiles...because there were no free to download versions of the Kongsberg NSM available that I could find.
Fixed that tonight.
Here we have my version of the NSM quad pack.
I'm going to be taking to print tonight then will release the files on...
Oh....and as the first T26 nears completion of assembly/painting, the 2nd static version is now off the building slips and ready for putty/etc.
After this, I'll be switching over to building the R/C version.
Considering the total NEQ involved, yes, that would be an interesting task....then getting it from whatever airfield to the waterfront would be interesting as well. Lots of interesting placards on vehicles. Also probably interesting routing to the waterfront - some locations (ie Halifax)...
And as everyone discusses the full size version's attributes, here's V3 of the small scale River Class Destroyer's 'functional' VLS.
Each pack of 8 cells is able to hide one 15mm tube with exhaust port.
You can see the brass insert plate I glued into the J-tube to act as a blast deflector...
OK, so, draft 1 is complete - I'm going to have to see how it looks when printed which will take a week or so.
In the background...what good is a VLS capable ship that doesn't have a VLS? So....a bit of google-fu later, we have the rocket dimensions for a 1/2A Estes rocket motor and the VLS...
