Aircrew selection can be done later.  I went there 4 months after my offer was made.  The subject of actually booking it did not even come up until during the "Here's your offer..." call.

My rough average for grades was around 80% (some college courses included) - Remember, grades aren't everything.  They'll look at other things you do (extracurriculars, life experience, etc.) I applied at 24, turned 26 just after starting.  Does that make being "older" at 20 seem any better?  :P

The university itself is your posted unit.  It's part of your ETP message.  Thus, the CF needs to know where you'll be for admin purposes (support base) not to mention reimbursment of tuition.
