Oh okay, I was at CFJHQ (Canadian Forces Joint Headquarters) DART. Was an awesome posting and got to see and do some pretty cool things.

I've yet to recieve an email from dnd recruiting. Just spoke with them on the phone. Booked my appt over phone and went in.  But when you log in with your gc key. There is a section that says check status or something like that.

Roger that. Guess I will just admire my CEFCOM Command Badge from afar lol.

Does any of your lists on the forces site show the updated process? IE where it lists all the forms, and requirements you need to send them, where your test dates are booked etc? Mine shows nothing.

While we are on the subj of wearing medals. What about command badges you were awarded? Can you wear those or only if you are with that command

Awesome news. If and when I am re-enrolled it will be the first time I had will have ever worn them on uniform. Received them right before releasing and never pinned them on.

It all depends on what unit or command you are with. Being away and deploying is all part of the CF lifestyle. If you are on a base like Trenton you could be very busy depending on your unit. If you are in a SAR Unit you will have stand by time with lots of quick calls coming up while you are on...

So far the process has been moving very quickly. Applied last Thursday, Talked to a recruiter Friday morning, and had my testing already this week. Now to await Med and Interview dates.

Congrats, before you know it you will have 20 years in and thinking about where the time went. When I released at 10 years it felt like it had gone by very quickly

Just a quick question for any honours and awards experts here. I am re enrolling in the Canadian forces and am just wondering if I am allowed to wear my old medals that I was awarded while previously in.

Hey, anyone have any references or know anything about lisars leave? trying to find something on it. I had a ref years ago, but through postings and such it was misplaced. Any assistance would be great! Thanks
