You won't need to retake the CFAT, but you will need to update all your documents. BMOQ is done first right after you enrol, then you go to your element training (CAP or NETP etc...) and then you go to your trades training, usually starting with an Academic phase then moving to an Applications...

You could also go in person, but I know many people live rurally so personally I would phone for the fastest response.

If you were not educated in Canada and have foreign secondary or post-secondary credentials you will need to get it verified.
You might struggle on the CFAT since it is only available in english or french. You can see some examples online of what to expect and how to prepare.
Before the panic sets in, looks like they're removing the need for CEMS for trades with softer requirements and waiving CFAT if you have uni/college completed which makes a lot of sense.

Just another insight, maybe they were CFAT rewrites, people who had already done the TSD... they could also be people who only had time to do 1 test (and yest I've seen the CFAT and TSD broken apart because someone didn't have enough time to do both). There are a variety of reasons that COULD...
