Those of you receiving offers, did your portal actually show „competition list“? My file manager told me she would put me on it several days ago but my portal is still just showing ready for competition list.

I was told more selections. RMC is at about 225/445 spots right now, and they’re planning on filling most of the rest on Tuesday.

Yup that’s what they told me. I think it normally takes a couples of days to go through though so maybe Wednesday-Friday?

Was told more selections will be happening on Tuesday to fill RMC!

Hey all was wondering if anyone knows when RMC is normally filled by? I’m applying for PLT ROTP and would prefer Civi U, but I’m told it’s tough to get unless RMC has already been filled. Any ideas? Thanks

Hey all, figured I would share some info for those applying for pilot still. I was just told by my recruiter that there are only 5/10 PLT ROTP spots left for this year, with selections happening on Apr 7. Good luck!

Thanks for the info. I was told the same by my recruiter - competition is very tight this time. I’m still at least somewhat hopeful, according to the guy at CFASC, I had a very good score and he would be surprised if I didn’t receive a slot (assuming I make it in time). I’d be happy to share it...

Not sure to be honest. I haven’t heard anything from my CFRC about the background check stuff. I haven’t submitted anything to them for it yet - hoping they reach out soon so I can get that started too. I believe offers only start going out in April and normally run into the summer, so I think...

Just curious, where did you hear this? I'm just starting my application for ROTP (pilot), but haven't heard anything about no more pilot slots. In fact, I was told by another friend that is applying that there's quite a few pilot ROTP slots this year.

Yeah, that would make more sense to me. Seems kind of weird that they would instantly shut out all applicants from countries were very closely allied with.

Interesting... That's news to me too! Is it a big deal for them, even if I'm Dual Citizen of another EU country (Germany in my case)? I could imagine it must suck to have to lose citizenships to be able to fly.

Sounds like that’s definitely my best option to find reliable advice! A flight training civi u would be the dream but I doubt they’ll be willing to cover the $150k it requires. Thanks for the help!
