I applied in December 2022 for my lumbar arthritis after I got refused by VAC. On February 18 2025, I was in court, so expect 2 years of waiting in total from day 1 to court day. In my case, it was 26 months. Now I have to wait another 4 to 8 weeks for they decision . John

Deployed twice in Afghanistan, 2007 and 2010. I got released in 2015, I applied in 2022 after a few nightmares and other shits. First time applying and got 45%, my case manager from VAC told me max for PTSD is 60%. If things change, for worst, I could do a reassessment in 2 years (2024).

Great information there. They gave me 45% for my PTSD last month, and now Im receiving the additional pain and suffering at level 3, which is 567$ a month. If I understood correctly, they will evaluate me every year for my additional pain and suffering? If so, how they evaluate? John
