    1 minute late....sorry you'll have to reschedule!!!!

Is there another option, I know here in Calgary your can either do your physical at Phoenix Gym, or Fitness on Fifth. If your upset with the way you were treated, maybe you should look in to another gym.

A couple questions about being recruited.

Probally not; your going to have to wait awhile regardless, and if this is your chosen career, there is no reason to settle for a trade you wont be as happy in. Best of Luck

    Need some Orientation

It might be a good idea to talk to a recruiter at this point. Call 1 800 856 8488 (toll free number for CFRC Calgary), and they will direct you to someone in your area who can help you.   ;)

Army or Navy? - A Merged Thread

For the most part the family friend (who was in the Navy) said that if I did well on the CFAT they would try and usher me away from being Infantry as I might go to waste being in that job class. waste in that job class???? I think your friend has a Navy bias.

    failing test?

I failed my first test ( 8 push ups didn't count). So I went home, practiced, and three days later. I retook my test. I never paid for either test, nor was I asked to. Is this a CFRC Calgary policy, or a mistake on the training facility? If it turns out I owe someone money, I have no problem paying.
