Do you need a really high score in the CFAT to qualify as a ACISS?

I currently have a debt of 16k, mostly from (14k) OSAP. I am very angry right now, because I have just missed a payment on my credit card and I submitted my credit check form last Monday.

Is the aptitude test done on paper or the computer at the Canadian Forces Toronto Recruitment Centre? Also, I am assuming we are not allowed to use calculators.

I did some research and CFB Edmonton seems to be the closest one to the City, I think.
