MP's will still require a college diploma from an accredited institution to apply for REG F MP. The rumour is NOT true but it was evaluated and deemed not to change the prerequisite at this time.

National Selection boards are usually convened every few weeks. Once you are merit listed the selection cell at CFRG compiles list and makes selections. It appears that they usually wait for a few to be merit listed to choose the best people. Hope this helps. CFR FCS

Don't sweat it. Wait until the CFRC asks you about it. I suspect that it won't show up unless it goes to collections. If you are asked at the CFRC for proof, bring in the ticket and your on line receipt from the credit card company. That should do it. CFR FCS
