People get into RMC with mid to high 60's so a low 80's average is pretty good if the rest of your application is well rounded (IE:sports, volunteering etc.) That's not to say not to aim higher but a low 80's average is pretty average and not on the low end. Key word is average, if you can get...
You will be required to pass the CF Express Test during Recruit Camp. Once at RMC, you will be required to pass the PPT test. If you do not pass the PPT, you will be put on supplemental PT four times a week from 0530 to 0700. Don't fail it or else your life sucks.
She caught fire on my first day at sea...
The crew likes to pick on NCdt's... (some funny stuff though and was kinda expected)
They like to play binder clipper wars...
Anything else? :D
I only spent a little over a month on her so I'm not the best person if your looking for more detailed...

I did my first year at RMCSJ and then transferred over to RMC so I can speak to that. The transfer between the schools is a lot smoother now then it was when I first did it two years ago but you will still obviously have some adjusting to do. In terms of how they decide who goes to RMCSJ vs RMC...
In theory yes, in reality not so much. Almost all verbal communication is done in English and emails are usually bilingual.
It's small classes of around 10 people. You have SLT (Second Language Training) classes one hour a day everyday (minus weekends) until you are functionally bilingual...
That in itself is a huge problem. As a member of the Canadian Forces you must be willing to relocate to anywhere in the country at any time. There is absolutely no guarantee you will get posted to Esquimalt after BMOQ or even if you did you may find yourself moving to *insert random city* 4 or 5...
You may also want to look into CSEC. Its roughly the equivalent to the US's NSA.

Yes there can be some animosity between RMC and Queens people. Yes some women won't even talk to you if you go to RMC but it's certainly not the majority. I know quite a few people at RMC who have Queen's girlfriends so it's not uncommon at all. Besides Queens their is also St-Lawrence College...
It`s been converted to DAOD 5002-1 (http://www.admfincs.forces.gc.ca/dao-doa/5000/5002-1-eng.asp). Their is nothing in that document mentions anything about pay incentives for former cadets. Although something tells me that their has to be more then a CATO to back up the cadet pay incentive.
Oops forgot that last paragraph.
I believe it would be to keep it in line with what the air cadets and sea cadets have to get to be eligible for the incentive.

So it`s six month incentive towards your first pay increment for NCM`s. Their is no incentive for officer applicants.
