Okay great news, the CFRC gave me a call today and I'll be able to get my medical done at the 22nd instead of sometime next month although somewhere else. I'm very happy about this and looking forward to gettings things done. I would've just modified my other post but the time was up for me...

I have seen numbers go anywhere from 40 to 2000, I'd say no one knows the "actual" casualty number, including Russia. As for ethnic cleansing, I doubt they were targeting the citizens specifically and many of the "stories" of atrocities can easily be argued against. Make sure to watch the words...

I would say now would "not" be a good time with the current world situation to rely on Russia for our military's hardware, maybe if they one day become faithful allies with the west sure, but not until then. For now they are a threat to our interests and there's always room for things to get worse.

Alrighty the recruitment process has started again. The only issue I have is that the next medical will be in over a month and I'll have to wait until I finish that to have my interview scheduled. Oh well, more time to prepare I guess, although I have to admit I was a little frustrated since...

That and we're already swamped with the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, the US military is already stretched almost as far as possible. Until that's done with I can't see us being in a good position to do anything like that. I think we've got to give all of the support we can, but if this starts...

For me I do weights 4-5 times a week for an hour or two at a time (rotate between upper body to lower body/back) and along with cardio 2-5 times a week, lately since things got really held up with my application I'm just doing a few runs a week to make sure I don't get too far down cardio-wise...
