    One thing you have to remember, is while doing the standard military push up, you might think its good to touch your chest to the ground (which i do way more than I should)... but it is in fact back for your elbows. It's all about joint stress. :crybaby:

    it depends on the medical situation at work here, if there is infact nothing wrong could take days. sometimes weeks the RMO worked magic for me i got merit listed in under seven days and got my job offer on the seventh day. So i guess it all depends... Best of luck my friend.

    Correct, me if i'm wrong... Isn't one of the army's mottos, Hurry up and wait? or is that just a generalized statement for the forces. Sometimes, things happen faster than they should and sometimes slower. It all depends of everyones work load. As much as the CFRC is suppose to be there to help...

    With all respect, I hope you do look into them. I've gone through the system and had a letter. RMO asked me to solve some issues, so I did. And I'm heading out to BMQ aug, 10th... A week after a handed my files in to medical unit at 4900 younge street. Appreciate the work you guys do.
