I was in the situation when I went to the Vancouver CR. I asked the same question and the Recuriting Officer said, "Just write down a random number, 98% of everyone lies on that. It doesn't really matter anyways, because we will get the real results from you when you do the PT."

Dont worry to much about proper form, before you start anything on the physical test they will show you a demo on how to do everything cept sit-ups because that is just common sense. DrSize, if you ate 3 bigmacs and fries that could be a major factor, "Please refrain from eating atleast 2 hours...
