So I just got an email today, my file has been downloaded to 32 Svc bn, and the swear in ceremony is on June 13, at Denison Armoury. Can anyone tell me how many people are going to be there? and any personal experiences from what its like?

This is just my opinion so don't bash me, but everyone who seems to be wanting to join the combat arms wants to be in INFANTRY. Whats wrong with the other combat trades? All of them are trained as infantry before they do specific occupational training, are they not?

At CFRC Toronto I was told that I couldn't be in any of the combat trades, but I was told that I had a position as VTech at 32 Service Battalion waiting for me. My occupational trade was changed to that, and now I'm just waiting for my file to get sent to the unit so I can be sworn in, etc.
