Leslie did not serve with III Corps. It may even be solely an armoured billet (Hillier, Natynczyk, Maissonieve...) Having said that I think Devlin was there...not sure.
I bought a beachcomber about 10 years ago and it is still going strong and survives Alberta winters fine. A couple of suggestions:
a. hot tubbing is a lifestyle choice. It is expensive to buy and maintain (adds approximately $50/month to your electricity bill). Your family needs to use it...
The correct term is Combat Action Insignia and they will be awarded in Bronze (receiving enemy fire), silver (delivering fire against enemy), and gold (deliberate combat operations).
You need to become a member of the CRA and pay a monthly fee for your family to have access. I believe you (svc member) needs it as well for after hours use of the facility. It is very cheap and affordable.

RCA Standing Orders state:
