If you live in Toronto the reserves are definately not to far from you, there are many units to choose from. In terms of co op in Toronto, I know that the Queens York Rangers get the majorityof their new troops through the co op program.

I think that the USMC is going about it the right way by not lowering the standards but accepting the women who can meet the set ones.

I have never heard of different standards of Officers and NCMs of the same trade. However differences can occur between trades, i.e eyesight requirements for a pilot vs clerk.
