Even if you have a uniform, I would think that you should not wear it until you are taught how to wear it...
Is this for Regular force or Reserve? (Reservists do get their uniforms before BMQ) but it does not mean that you can (know how to) wear it.
If you are in the reserves you should ask...
Hi!
The second link does not work, is there another link available or another website... I have no idea where to find the application form....
thank you
I think that the portion that you shave is not even hair... it is more like little body hair on the neck too small and and too thin to be fixed with bobby pins... and I bet you would have to keep it as clean as a man would... you might have to shave it once a week at least depending how it grows.
Hey, that is a good question,
when you are merit listed you do not have a job yet and there is no guarantee.
if you are merit listed for a very popular trade that is not so available... you might wait for a long period of time... like pilot, intelligence officer, logistics officer etc... well...
Hey,
I just wanted to let you know that my boyfriend was going for infantry and he spent 3 months on the merit list before he received a job offer... hang on... that phone call is coming... and believe me that is one exciting phone call... ;D
You do your interview regarding your first trade choice. (and yes that has been answered a hundred times in this forum...) they will ask questions regarding your knowledge of the trade you chose. Make sure you can provide specific examples and experiences that demonstrate that you have the...
They just do not want you to lie about it... (if you can't be honest why would they hire you?)
You don't even need to defend yourself or justify it...
Most of us tried it, (I am very happy I did ;D) and now we are all clean...
We grew up, we are adults and we now have different ambitions...
Hey Trish,
I have never received a satisfying answer over the phone or the internet.

Good luck
C'est bon pour les deux!
(Mais j'imagine qu'une unité de la réserve pourrait réviser ses chiffres en cours d'année si plusieurs de ses membres quittent)
Hey Janbear,
The ceremony is pretty short, but you will be filling in papers and signing a lot of documents. My guests waited for about 2 hours before the actual ceremony, and I know that it can take even more time than that. Swearing in is a legal thing, there is a lot of paperwork involved...
I was in that situation a couple of months ago, they said that in order to switch from Res to Reg before my swear in, I only had to call and tell them. That was it...
Salut
Hey janbear!
Congratulations, good luck with everything.
(advice: being able to run is very important in combat... you never know what can happen, your physical endurance can be a life saver for you and your team mates.)
