Many of us in the ROTP 2012-13 thread are still waiting for offers to start shipping out. They are a little late this year, and most of us merit listed are really antsy as usual, GOOD LUCK to you and sit tight, If you are done everything you can for your application it's out of your hands...

So distraught, I called my file manager today and he said their waiting on my medical file to come back from the Medical Office, I am assuming for my eyesight, but sucks he said to call back in a week or two....Hopefully I can make it into the second admission board now  :'( Again will keep...

On Friday I finally got Merit Listed thank the Heaven Lord's, I know it is late, but my Recruiting Seargeant said he'd do everything he can do get my file in for the next admission board, crossing fingers I can get in for this year, but whatever happens happens, I wish you all the best of Luck...

I wouldnt advise laser eye personally i dont like the risks cuz even though their is a small margin of error you cannot get your eyes back if something happens, alot of thinking into it beforehand but what u need to do is what u need to do... Good Luck, :salute:

Dude, I wear glasses and contacts, listen to the other members hear, i totally agree about not getting laaser eye i do not wanna take the chance,my advice, get the 7day or month long contacts and carry them with u they are easy to manage and take out and put in, you can even sleep with them...
