Just wondering how the promotion works from the rank of 2LT onwards? If one is on OJT for a course that only runs once a year, doe sthat mean they will still have to finish their trade training before making LT, even if the course doesn't start for more than a year...i.e does one have to finish...

Some of you folks might be the lucky ones that will end up on the new 11 weeks BMOQ course they are talking about, the field portion is being reduced. The course I finished in NOV, we spent 5 weeks in farnham all together.

To the OP, are you on the BMQ or BMOQ program? You should have a ruler that came with your CC-bag, and with that you can fold your raingear and long johns accordingly. After a while anyway, you get to know how far you have to fold to get that measurement spot on. I graduated in Nov, and boy am...
