    JANUARY 2009 BMOQ

Hope you are ready for bugouts and sleep deprivation week during Vimy when you do missions that go on for 24hrs? The field is fun, but I won't want to be doing it now during winter. I had the best time on the course in the field, especially the ruck march and ex-challenge

    How to fold 12X12 ( 30X30 )

Oh by the way, not everything is 12x12, t-shirts are folded 7x7, socks are rolled with a smiley face showing, pt shorts and swimming trunks are folded with no measurements. Ironing is big and so is polishing your shoes and boots. I left st jean just wearing the combat boots, my gortex were...

    Promotion from 2nd Lieutenant onwards

Just wondering how the promotion works from the rank of 2LT onwards? If one is on OJT for a course that only runs once a year, doe sthat mean they will still have to finish their trade training before making LT, even if the course doesn't start for more than a year...i.e does one have to finish...

    How to fold 12X12 ( 30X30 )

To the OP, are you on the BMQ or BMOQ program? You should have a ruler that came with your CC-bag, and with that you can fold your raingear and long johns accordingly. After a while anyway, you get to know how far you have to fold to get that measurement spot on. I graduated in Nov, and boy am...

    Supplements on BMQ (merged)

Just finished BMOQ on NOv 27 and I can concur that even in the OCDT blue sector where you have your own room and personal safe, these things are frowned upon, not to say some people don't take these boosters. Canex even sells energy drinks and bars. Oh...you can get veggie rations when you are...
