Apparently it's due to construction heading into Beijing.  They are looking at it being cleared up mid-September when the job is done.  There is a real growth industry developing with people on bicycles selling food and water. 

I've got a copy and read it a couple of years ago.  What struck me was how little things have changed over the years in terms of "inter-war" mindsets and decisions.

The photo in the link stating that the memorial was in Point Pelee, I don't believe is very accurate.  It looks nothing like the Park.

I haven't been to the Point in a few years.  From the pictures this looks fairly new.  I'll have to check it out.  It has a great message however.

The quoted article did indicate the Army was ramping up their investigation into the situation.  Keeping Hastings away from their pers seems like a prudent thing to do, at least until their investigation is complete.

Are you looking specifically for jeeps from engineer units, or would any from 4 CMBG work.  It's been quite a while, but I should be able to dust off some albums and pull a couple from the RCD.

Not to worry.  You're not going to be breaking some rule by having a few pops with some friends who are not Arty.  I think you'll find that once you get into your unit, you will naturally hang out primarily with other gunners.  It's only natural, what with common interests, and shared...

My barber has a plan that seems to work for him.  He leaves a lot of Playboys and Maxims in plain sight all over his shop.  He does it to discourage the women from coming in and staying.  Seems to work.  Strange though, it keeps the guys in longer.
