Most of the time I tip 15% on meal items, and $1 for each alcoholic drink item.
On a side note in Winnipeg the Army guys were always known to tip big. I once seen a guy try to tip the server 100% but then his wife stopped him and gave him a math lession.

You should come to Shilo for Oktoberfest if you want to meet the Reg. force Army type. I think you might be able to buy tickets at Sobey's in Brandon. I will check the poster if you like.
Yes the doctor can charge you, if the provincial government will not pay for these forms to be filled out.
I would get a second opinion if I was you. It may cost more money but in the long run it would probably be worth it.
I am not an expert, but I am 99% sure that you are correct in saying that a person that is 240lbs has to work harder, therefore must be stronger to do 50 push ups than a person that is 170lbs. To make sure that I am correct I will confirm with one of the PSP fitness staff on Monday.
I know it has given me hope. I will be med free and so far symptom free in November, so that is when my application is going in.
I agree with you in regards to the exercise. I also tend to think that anti-depressant are over prescribed but I guess I will save that for another time and/or place.

Well you seemed much happier today. I don't think I have ever introduced myself, I just figured out who you were because sh**hole Shilo is pretty small. Next time you are at work I will introduce myself.
And I have seen you workout too, and yes you looked pissed off at somebody.
I don't believe you are able to get car loans through the Canex anymore, but you may be able (but I personal doubt it) to get one through SISIP. I don't see anything about it on the website. http://www.sisip.com/en/
Congrats Steve. I am so excited for you, I have been following your story for a while now.
I don't want to sound like a stocker, but you always look so sad at the GSH, so hopefully now that you know there is an end in sight you will look a little more "up".
I was born and raised in Winnipeg, so I may be slightly biased. I would say go for Winnipeg, all three have snow and mosquitoes, (and most of Winnipeg does not flood.) at least Winnipeg has all that one could need. Winnipeg's housing market is not that bad so if you want to buy a house it...
