Yeah, the cadpat sling is a waste. However, I don‘t see that the cadpat boots are such as waste. If you look at pics of ppl in cadpat outlined against a forest or something, if it wasnt for the rifles or boots, I wouldnt see them. No one seems to know the limit, just the classification. The min. requirement for infantry is V3 I believe. I guess he just made it in the V3 class?

BTW, how does one become a paratrooper? Do you simply get your wings and wait untill they need paratroopers and you get an offer or a recommendation from a CO? :confused:

I think the west coast is more apt to be anti-military than the east coast. You wouldnt believe how many people have said "why do we need a military?". The scary thing is, they‘re absolutly serious when they say it. (sigh) :(

A shorter barrel would **** with the whole system. The accuracy and other things or what not. I don‘t know anything about it really, but I was just told that it would reduce accuracy or velocity. The spin of the bullet would change.

Most kit shops have PT gear, like tee-shirts, sweat pants, hoodies. Also, surplus shops often sell just a standard cotton tee-shirt with something like "ARMY" printed on the front.
