Probably will not hear any announcements till after the election. Traditionally, DND does not make any announcements during an election cycle.

I am sure that voter fraud be be brought forward as the reason for the election results and that will be why Trump needs to change the rules for voting.

The new direction is only available on DWAN but here is what the older direction says Rescinded [2022-05-04] - Standard on Email Management- Canada.ca If I remember correctly the newer version only available on DWAN still had line 2 as optional

Also, would GDLS even bother putting in a bid for a Canadian tank contract, knowing it would be for a small number of tanks and that we would most likely be asking for specific Canadian requirements in the Statement of Works?
