I have been looking into it.  Do you know how long the current course is in length?  How hard is it to switch to civvy street later?  Would my wife and daughter be able to come to Borden for the length of course? Thanks, hope this isn't too many questions magnumcharger

so a new recruit would now start at $2218/month plus the 6.5% =$2362.17 then another raise in April of 2.4% = $2418.86, does this seem correct to everyone else??  I just wanted to see if I had the math calculated correctly.

I think it is more a matter of time.  In the Shilo area (Brandon) those people will find jobs but in a move as big as that they would run into the same problems no matter where they were going to move to.  That many skilled people hitting the same area all at once would congest most job markets...

I think the recruiters like to offer re mustering as an option, however I think it is like seeing a Big Foot, sure they might exist but you will never see one.  Does anyone know of someone who has been accepted under the Ceotp for any occupation?

No I haven't.  I am not quite at that stage yet.  I have sent in my supporting documents, waiting for my letters of reference then I should be able to go ahead and schedule the rest.

Have you been accepted for pilot in January?   What is your degree in if you don't mind me asking?
