Expect to shed some weight during BMQ, I would consider you to start getting into a running routine. Since you basically run every morning during PT, or every other day.

Again you shouldn't worry about it, you will get used to it. Just don't give up and results will follow, again expect to lose ALOT of weight, they will be controlling when you eat and will force you to drink ALOT! I went in almost weighing 190 and came out a little below 150. We did more...
