I know it sounds odd, but you could try simulating your own FORCE test using things around your house, to see what level you're at and if you're not at that level it might make a decent workout. You just have to be creative.
I wish I could pay it in smaller payments though, I know 30 dollars a year isn't alot but I don't really have a jobĀ so I pretty much depending the money my parents give me. It would be really cool if you could pay it monthly. Again though, I do plan on subscribing, probably by Christmas.

I would just recommend sending them be an email once in a while, that's worked for me. I'm not sure how they'll react if you show up on a really busy day.
I can't answer the rest but there is no stay requirement in the reserves and there are no costs to join other than fees you might get from getting doctors to fill out some forms if you have to as they won't cover it. It's also 2 weeks every year.

Focus alot on running and body-weight exercises. That's mostly what you'll be doing at BMQ and trade training. Try to be able to run 5km without stopping, and 2.4 km in something like 20 minutes (arbitrary number), and try to get 25 pushups without stopping. Also deadlifts help a lot just learn...
