There is no real way to dilute a urine sample except to do the ole dip the cup it in the toilet water to mix with the urine. This will actually render the sample useless. Simply drinking lots of water before a test does not work, and in fact may even flush more of the drug into the urine, making...

I am assuming this is a joke. Why would anyone want to wear a contraption like this? Go to a dive shop if you must and buy a dive belt with weights for 20-30 bucks.  This is an injury waiting to happen.
