I heard the news about Captain Leary when I came to work. Captain Leary's sister works with us here and we're all deeply feeling the loss for her family... so this feels quite close to home. My sympathies go out to his family, friends and fellow troops. :cdn:

Orange tabby kitten named "Milo" (yes, my daughter named him after the movie Milo and Otis) he's about 4 months old, and my dad surprised her shortly after we had our 12 yr old cat put down back in the fall :( he recently learned how to fetch and kept bringing me his little ball the other day...

Santa just officially left my house for the little one. We made sure, his belly was full of cookies.. and also a nice glass of choco milk. I just wish he had more gift bags, under the front seat of his sled... he should know by now I'm not overly fond of...

I just watched the W5 clip that Tess had included, my jaw just dropped watching that and with reading that he was a member here, Just goes to show, how close to home situation like this can hit. I had to turn it off, when I got to the part of him on the 'cooking show' just sickening.

I now remember when I first posted this thread, feels like ages ago now.... The client I initially spoke of when I first posted this thread, that had nominated me for the award... I am still working for her part time through the week. Last night for Halloween, I took my daughter to her...
Last year, when my daughter was in 1st grade. She had not one but two homework books per week. One was due on a Tuesday, and the other due on a Friday.
