When it comes to AOR, can it be so that you can select the number of times you wish to "reduce insurgency"? Having to click the button 30 times is sort of annoying. Should be able to input an amount. i.e. -4mp to reduce insurgency. User decides to input 20 times for a total of -80mp. Any left...

    Problems and Bugs

I apparently have unlocked several missions but I can only see 4: Missions: » Exercise Desert Ram -1CR, +1CE » Exercise Maple Guardian -1CR, +1CE » DAG Green -3CR, +3CE » Travel to Afghanistan -9CR, +11CE Travel to Afghanistan has failed twice in a row even though the prob. of success is 95...

High flying super cars take on jet fighter

It should be a law that during such events you must record them and release them to the public in high def. Must have been awesome.

*Holding a sign on the side of the road*: Will fight insurgents for Milpoints. edit: I also suggest that the purchase history be a separate one from the usual Army.ca MP history. Possibly a separate tab? It becomes pretty cluttered.

Aircrew coping as well or better than regular soldiers"

"On killing" is excellent. Dehumanizing people would definitely make them easier to kill and lessen the effects of PTSD. "Destroying a target" as opposed to "killing an enemy".

    Armourchamp's Armour officer questions

I searched and found threads that gave course lists. I even searched the Army.ca Wiki. All I found were course lists; not anything describing what the course(s) entailed. Can someone post what all the Reserve Armour Officer courses are and what is learned on those courses? If not, point me to...

Bayonets: your essential Zombie killing weapon accessory.

Reloading is very slow and it has a low rate of fire.  Shooting it will alert the mob and you're pretty screwed. You might kill one or two before you are overwhelmed. Not to mention the weght of those .58 cal balls. Water can become a problem.

    Armourchamp's Armour officer questions

Damnit, that sucks. Was looking forward to tanks. So what courses does a reserve armoured officer take after CAP?

Good thing we purchased all those F35s.

Even the French can get it right for protecting their national flag....

First the Burqas and now this. I applaud the French, they don't mess around. I wonder what the next thing will be.

    Can't Access Chat?

I have a question. What's with the numbers in chat? If you put "1" and press enter, it says "mothafuck". All numbers lead to a swear word. Can the admins undo this? It's sort of annoying.

    HULC exoskeleton begins testing

I don't know much about this HULC exo-suit, but if I was designing the thing, I would make sure there was a "quick off" mechanism. Just like with the rucksacks, where you can pull those two straps and it just drops off, the HULC should have a similar mechanism. It's purpose, as far as I...

    HULC exoskeleton begins testing

Not quite sure where to post this. Figured it was relevant to "military affairs". http://www.engadget.com/2010/07/21/hulc-exo-skeleton-ready-for-testing-set-to-hit-the-ground-runni/

    G8/G20 June 2010 Protest Watch

As the saying going "The freedom of swinging your fist stops at my face". Destroying property that isn't yours is illegal, but it doesn't mean you should not be given a fair trial. The modern world is founded on Human Rights. If someone breaks the law or violates someone else's rights, it...

French President Sarkozy: "Burqas are not welcome" in France

I did also write that France (more like all of Europe) was facing a cultural crisis. Having lived in Europe for so many years, I can attest to it. While you state that the Burqa is a cultural trait, more than a religious one; I have to state that you are mistaken. When religion is so deeply...

    G8/G20 June 2010 Protest Watch

This makes no sense. The charter is based on unalienable universal human rights. By violating the charter, you: 1 - Show the charter is actually useless, since apparently any legal body in power can violate it at its discretion. 2 - Open up the possibility of abuse. Best interests of greater...
