Anarchy? I own every Pantera album and can't remember hearing any lyrics about any such topic.
And isn't Off Topic here for the purpose of 'Off Topic' conversations??
Well your opinion is right. Criminals don't rob convenience stores and shoot people on buses with registered firearms, unless they're complete idiots. What they have done is screwed the average joe who would never commit such an offense in the first place. It's not only appaling to see the money...
I agree with that, putting badges on cadpat would look ridiculous. Sure people use them for work dress more than in the field, but let's not forget that they are called 'combats' for a reason. Put all the crap you want on the DEU's to make them look good, but leave the combats to what they are...
It's not contracted yet!!!!????? Come on! And i thought we were getting it soon. NO worries I guess. One way of looking at it. If they keep issuing me new kit every few years, I'll probably stay in for a good 20 for the kit alone :warstory:

Here's the link for them.
They're not really thick, kinda like the old outers, but thinner and cadpat ^-^
They are pretty functional ie; weapons handling and such can be done rather easy with them, but I think they could have thought of something better...
" in our AAR for our first attack that had us at 95 of 140 in the coy as casualties. But we got ours in the second attack, when we just about wiped them out to a man when they fucked up bad and overcommitted to rushing the nice little kill zone we had set up.
Well I was there all week and I...
I like the idea of this 'integrating' new comers into the country. I believe we should push this more in our country as well. In my opinion, if you chose to move to a foreign country for whatever reasons, you should make learning the language and at least some of the local customs your first...
As for the 522, it was the first thing i tested on it(being a platoon signaller) and it works great. Haven't used it for very long periods of time, but anything is better than the man pack frame and it fits in good with room to hold a good amount of kit with it.
They're not to keep you warm. Part of the reason that I think they're lame. It just doesn't seem that we are in dire need of a glove to cam your hands and walk through the bush with. Heres an idea straight out of left field and I know, it's a little crazy. But how bout instead of using cheesy...
We have the Woodland and the old 82's right now. Usually we never use them unless during a live fire ex, but recently we've been using them for ruck marches very frequently and i'm sure we'll keep on doing this for work up training.
In my opinion we should always use them to stand by the train...
I too agree. Complete garbage, I don't have a good thing to say about them. Next time I dress up as a frog for halloween then maybe yes, but I will never use them as long as I'm in the army.
Last time I checked, we didn't need a glove for temperatures between 5 and 30 degrees. How about...
I would have to agree with that. Logistically and manning wise, there isn't a chance we could go to Iraq right now. Perhaps if we fully pulled out of Afghanistan to do so it would be possible, but how would the Canadian Public take it? I can only imagine that it wouldn't be good. Think about...
Just for that they should force her to do tiime in the military. Or even better yet. Send her to club Ed as an 'honourary member' and get her to Polish shoe polish cans until she has had enough time to really think about what she has done.
Whoa and I thought I was bad with foot-in-mouth disease.
Anyone have any idea of a CF policy that states anything about a member being too overweight? Yeah, I know we have so pretty big people as we are a pretty 'big' country, but I've never heard of anyone being punted or threatened for that...
