    ME VS. OUTCAP

    ME VS. OUTCAP

But I hope someone who works specifically with OT’s or with a personal experience with one of their own might...

does anyone know what prompted this change in the dress regs for ncd's?  i was off on an extended period of leave when this came down and since i've been back to work, i can't get a straight answer why it happened, nor can i bring myself to wearing my ballcap as part of my 'walking out...

    Saluting during Remembrance day ceremonies

at the parade i was at, and i was not part of the formed group, and i saluted both times for the general salute at both the entrance and exit of the reviewing officer.  with my eyes darting left to right, i couldn't tell if anyone else did.  should i have saluted?

A lot of the trades in the Navy are hurting pretty bad so it isn't easy trying to get an OT right now. could you expand on that a bit?  i do believe that navy guys are getting ot's and i am also trying for one, specifically aesop.  i'd like to know which navy trades are "hurting" to the...

    Quality of life on ship.....

i'll let you know what i do off watch, mind you i'm a combat type and other ships/departments may vary somewhat.  i'm not sure what you are getting into. basically, you can do whatever you want when you are off watch, just as long as you're done your cleaning stations, mind you, "whatever you...

and then there's my ship, where the sonar ops run from 0750 to 1250, 1250 to 1750, 1750 to 0050, and 0050 to 0750... all in an effort to maximize cleaning station times of course, which is what we'd rather do than sleep :P
