ok, so heres me, im currently posted to PRETC (holding platoon) in Borden, finished BMQ and SQ (reg force), anyway, i enlisted as a semi skilled veh tech, and was to be granted IPC 3 pay on BMQ completion, 74 days toward promotion (to back date to bmq start date i suppose), and QL3 provisional...

yeah we had a ceremony at PRETC HQ today, and practice for the formal next week. RIP :cdn:

ill be working there somewhere for PRETC, as long as i get a view of whats going on in the air ill be happy, nothing rivals a fighterjet at full throttle >:D

they had a pole almost identical to that on global national too... last i checked it was like 67 percent in opposition or something. but with any public pole, the way you word it will completely change the outcome

well i got my call today, to be sworn in Mar.24,  BMQ start April.3, Pte. Paygrade 3 upon completion of BMQ :salute:

ive been merit listed since mid december... i also picked veh tech, so no real time selection for me either... hoping to be on tomorrows selection board

actually easy to learn, more difficult to get it square with smooth folds though. although as aformentioned, doesnt get anywhere close to a 7x7" or so fold, so isnt of much use for BMQ, handy at home though

the real question is why dont they use something like that as a recruiting commercial or something? looks good so far!

yes, i know, first post, so dont take anything i say seriously ;) the CF needs something along the lines of the US khakis, crisp pants, and shirt with tie, DEUs are high on the formal side, great looking, but too much for office work or anything along those lines, it seems there is only two...
