Name This Photo!!! - The AFV Recognition Thread

Well gonna assume I was right since it was the same pic on the link as was posted here so here's my attempt (probably not gonna be that hard to figure out, and I did a quick back track and didn't see it posted):

    forces.gc.ca email address?

I never said the CF should expect anyone to have a computer at home, all I was saying is that there are simply not enough resources to make giving every member of a unit DWAN access and still allow the leadership of said unit ample access to the computers to ensure that training and admin can go...

    forces.gc.ca email address?

While I am sure not every Reservest has (or even needs) a DWAN account I am sure that at least 95% of them have a home computer with internet access and the CFAOs, QR&Os, &  & DOADs are all available on Civi internet, so I don't see the need for every reservest to have an account, with my unit...

    Packing for BMQ. Pajamas?

Never said you did, was simply just stating that I hoped that didn't start it (not necessarily with you but others reading), apologies for the confusion Yeah that was basically what I was trying to get at with my post (#25) before the one you quoted

    Packing for BMQ. Pajamas?

I don't think that is the reason, and also hope that is not the start of the whole regs vs. res discussion in this thread, it doesn't happen in the regs because (as far as I know) you are not assigned a unit/regiment until completion therefore perhaps cannot get your hands on regimental PT gear.

    Packing for BMQ. Pajamas?

The issued PT gear is (or at least was in 98 I still have the sweats somewear in the top of my closet) a white T-Shirt with black collar, Grey Shorts, Gear Sweat Pants and Sweat Shirt and horrible grey runners, now the PT gear you unit wont let you purchase until you have BMQ is probably some...

"1 piece sleeping bag" for course?

I would agree with it meaning for you to only bring the inner or outer, as for the underware question that's kinda odd...haha

    Epilepsy (Merged)

Go see the Medics, what would happen if you had a seizure in Astan during a fire fight? You section would be short handed and at risk do to a medical condition that you did not seek help for, sounds kinda selfish to me, wanting to potentially risk your buddies lives so you can go on tour... But...

Canada Remembers peace and freedom pin

Ah ok thanks for the info all they said was "Here take one pass the rest down" sort of thing, so I wasn't totally sure, after all it was June of July before they gave us our year of the veteran pins so sometimes the flow of information is rerouted or blocked completely around this neck of the woods

    Gagetown email

Perhaps [email protected] will work (of course replacing lastname and initials with his info  ;) ) unless there are multiple CF members with that last name and those initials.

Canada Remembers peace and freedom pin

So after the Vimy Ridge Parade in Edmonton they handed out some "Canada Remembers peace and freedom pins" and then dismissed us does anyone know if this is like the "Year of the Veteran" pins and to be worn on the uniform or is it just and memento sort of thing?
