They're comparing your scores to everybody else applying to the same trades as you. Usually, Only the more competitive applicants will continue the process.

As above, nobody will know the answer for you. I was told, as worst case, to prepare for 4-6 weeks away for every season. That could be all in one shot, or broken into 1 week at a time. Just gotta get through training and see what happens from there!

II'm having no luck finding the References at the moment. Hers a few threads to help. Short answer is yes you can apply to transfer throughout your contract. However I'm not sure how it works if you wait until your contract is over. I'm sure someone will come along with more info...

Pretty sure I missed today's selections (background check). Is it Too soon to know if there will be more Cbt Engineer selections this calendar year?

I've been told that they advance applicants based on the selection dates.. Ie; They send 20 engineer applicants to BMQ, then replace them with the top 20 applicants awaiting further processing.
