I doubt that it was 2 RCR that had the wings made up, since they are a mechanized unit and besides the recce and snipers, not many of them would be qualified as basic parachutists, let alone paratroopers. It is still possible to purchase wings similar to this, but not in the desert pattern...

Is this the course being run by 3 PPCLI ? If so, I would suggest you ensure you can walk a very long distance, with a very heavy ruck. The instructors on this course are some of the best soldiers in the unit, all with serious operational experience and Ranger/Pathfinder quals.

One of these hercs is coming out for our para-coy jumps next week and because of this we can only jump out of one side. Very strange.
