Do you have any reference as to scale/dimensions of the item ?
It does not look like anything I have ever seen used on any of our helo's.
As MedTech put it, it looks like a harpoon head.

Last saturday morning, 3 DND Suburbans heading to the Lethbridge airport for a day of military static and demo, pull into a timmies and each vehicle get a box of donuts handed to them from the staff. It's really nice to feel appreciated.......
