Correction, multimedia group* I am looking for the CMDTs march group photo the whole school took, I asked the PAO and multimedia group and unfortunately they don`t have the one which included the whole school.

Please send over any photos or videos or let me know where I can find media of the 2024 CFLRS Commondant`s Ruck March, it took place during the month of june. So far CFLRS`s multimedia school has not replied to my emails yet, appreciate all responses!

Its a duffle bag, that contains spare civi clothes and other items phone etc.

I used to wake up 1 hour early to use the washroom haha

You can bring those items they can be used aswell, a few of the females did bring skincare products but it took up a lot of space in their isobags that could have been used for other crucial items.
