Yup! Put down where you want to go, and see if it's approved. We had many members go home to Halifax and Toronto during the weekends. The other thing you should know, you MAY be able to leave the Friday after supper. That's going to depend on the staff.

The question still remains... what about those who aren't quite finished the OPMEs... I myself have 2 courses left, one of which being the cheapo-easy ones. Do I rush and finish a dying program in the winter semester or wait it out?

I stayed at the Grand Bahia Principe in San Juan... awesome spot to sit back and relax. Really enjoyed it. Only thing, the beach was kinda "meh". On the Northern side of the island and had HUGE sandbags in the water... which I awesome was to keep stuff out. It created a very sandy/dirty water...

There's no requirement for your CoC to know why you're not there. They'll receive notification that you'll be gone for xx days for medical reasons, that's it. You can offer that information, but that's a personal choice.
